On the 22-24 of October in the State University of Management (Moscow) will take place the 13th International Study and Practical conference "Competitiveness in Information Society: BRICS-country experience".

During the conference actual questions will be discussed such as increasing of competitiveness on the national and corporate level in conditions of transition to the information society. Special attention will be paid to the experience of modern-world countries with quick development. They are gathered with the general name BRICS-countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China? South Africa). As experts say, perspectives of these 5 fast developing countries are excellent and for 2040 year economics of these countries would be larger in the size of joint GDP, than economics of "Great 6" countries.

Many scientists-economists, theorists and analysts in the area of management of BRIC-countries, and analysts of the increasing of competitiveness questions from Europe and USA are invited to participate in the conference.

During the conference there will be working 6 sections and one round-table discussion. There will be discussed questions of interconnection of competitiveness and globalization, development of intellectual resources and human potential, transport and information infrastructure and questions of law.

The award-ceremony of honorary doctor of the State University of Management will take place on the 23 of October.

The Conference will be the area of creation of Association of BRICS-countries Unuversities. To this effect we organize the special round-table discussion on October, 24.
