International Cooperation of the State University of Management
State University of Management cooperates with universities and educational centers of many countries.
The University's international activity is aimed at its closer integration with the international university's association at obtaining additional opportunities of rapid development and competitive advantages in comparison with other economic higher schools. The activity is organized in accordance with the University's status, statutes and principles of International Associations' activity and bilateral agreements with foreign institutes of higher education which are the partners of SUM.
The main objective of work on the University's international cooperation is its integration into the world educational environment. It implies the recognition of the University as an active participant of the world scientific and educational process, the rise of international authority of the University's diploma, its recognition by different associations and educational bodies in different countries, internationalization of educational process by means of international academic mobility development.
Taking into account the formulated objectives, we are putting into practice the following top priority trends of activity and tasks in the sphere of international cooperation:
* The creation of competitive educational programs and their presentation in the world market business education
* The development of collaboration with the most prominent international organizations which SUM is a member of. Further expansion of a membership in international organizations.
* International accreditation of the University's MBA and other educational programs.
* SUM’s participation in the projects of international cooperation carried out within the framework of TEMPUS and UNESCO programs.
The University's Center for International Programmes was specially established to improve the international cooperation. Its gives the professional assistance in terms of various international issues to representatives of all institutes within SUM, develops collaboration with similar high schools abroad, organizes students and faculty exchange, offers visa support, deals with the reception of foreign delegations and specialists arriving to SUM.
